Should takeaway pints to be banned for the remainder of lockdown

There was suggestion that Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly would bring proposals to Cabinet today to ban takeaway sales from pubs for the remainder of the Level 5 lockdown. 

However, sources say Government are more likely to focus on enforcement of existing rules surrounding on street drinking including fines for gathering and drinking alcohol outside.
