Rents Rise By Over 5% As Supply Hits An All-Time Low

The cost of rent has increased by over 5 and a half percent in the past 12 months, the highest year-on-year rise since mid-2019. That’s according to Daft.ie latest rental report which also found that supply was at an all-time low. Ronan Lyons Economist at Trinity College Dublin and author of the Report spoke to us this morning about the findings of this report.
