Over a half of septic tank systems in Irish households failed inspections in 2020 with some posing a risk to human health and the environment. That’s according to a new report by the Environmental Protection Agency  Noel Byrne, Programme Manager with the EPA’s Office of Environmental Enforcement joins us this morning to discuss the findings of the report.
