With winds of 240km/h Hurricane Ida has made landfall in the US state of Louisiana. The arrival of the hurricane in the state came 16 years to the day since Hurricane Katrina made landfall going on to devastate the region. For more on the situation and the conditions in the State of Louisiana, we spoke to Chris McCrory Journalist with WWL-TV in New Orleans.
