Ireland is set to receive an extra 99,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine following a successful EU deal, but GPs are still worried that vaccine delays and a shortage of rural GPs may result in tensions between patients and doctors. Dr. Denis McCauley is Chairperson of the GP committee of the Irish Medical Organisation and he spoke to Shane on the show this morning.
