Gardaí are investigating an incident that took place on Silverstrand beach, Co. Galway, in which an older man was spotted staring intently at some younger women while they were changing. Dr Sheila Garrity, a lecturer in NUIG, when she confronted him about the incident and she told us about the incident on the show this morning.
