Some public health experts have called for children under 12 to be given the chance to get vaccinated against Covid-19. It comes as the Taoiseach today tells the Star that he will ‘proceed’ with jabs for kids as young as 5 if authorities approve the vaccine for that age cohort. Kingston Mills, Professor of Experimental Immunology at Trinity College Dublin joined us on Newstalk Breakfast to discuss.
