Children are spending less than 25 minutes a week playing in the street. Only when they are nearly 11 before they are allowed to play outdoors without supervision, according to a new report from the University of Exeter. 

Discussing these findings with Anton was Paul McCrorie, Deputy Director of the Outdoor Play Research Centre at the University of Exeter.
