A long-awaited bill, which is due to be published this autumn, will for the first time create a regulatory framework around surrogacy and IVF in Ireland. Fine Gael Senator Mary Seery Kearney says the Assisted Human Reproduction bill must be published as a matter of urgency to give legal recognition to children born through surrogacy and their families and Senator Kearney spoke to us this morning on the show.
