84% of newsagents have experienced incidents of aggressive, violent or threatening behavior.

That’s according to the Convenience Stores & Newsagents Association who launch their eye-opening security report at a national conference in Dublin today.

CSNA National President and third generation Limerick shop owner, Marcella O’Neill joins the programme to explain why legislation is insufficient in protecting shopkeepers against anti-social behaviour.
