He cited '' Hope you are well'' '' as mentioned in the above email'' ''can we run that up the flagpole''.

Peter Cosgrove Future of Work Expert and author of Family Fun Unplugged joined Clare on the show. He said there is a need for companies to train employees how to write emails correctly.

A caller who works in the army said there is no '' hows it going?'' in army correspondence and it is completely direct.
