The New Zealand government has confirmed a plan to phase out all livestock exports by sea by 2023, making the country one of the first western nations to ban the practice altogether.

Gerry Boland, founder of and spokesperson for Animals Behind Closed Doors and IFA President Tim Cullinan debated the idea of Ireland banning Live Exports too.
