Commuters in London have been warned that staring is sexual harassment.  

New posters have started appearing in stations across the English capital as part of a Transport for London campaign highlighting “common examples of sexual harassment” – including cat calling, exposing, pressing, cyber-flashing, upskirting and touching.  

Also on the list is “staring”, with one poster telling travellers: “Intrusive staring of a sexual nature is sexual harassment and is not tolerated.” Is staring sexual harassment?
