The number of homes available to rent in Dublin city centre has increased by 75% in the last 12 monthsThat is according to data published by property website Daft.ie whose latest report shows the number of properties available to rent surged in the capital since the lockdown was first announced. Ciara chats to Rory Hearne Lecturer in Social Policy at Maynooth University, & author of new book ‘Housing Shock: The Irish Housing Crisis and How To Solve It’.
