Dublin City Council has set aside more than €10m to refurbish its Wood Quay office building, despite plans to demolish the complex and replace it with housing in 2029.  So is this money wasteful or a necessary evil? Claire askes Aodhan O’Riordain, Dublin MEP for the Labour Party.
