What do Mace, Power City and GoMo have in common?  They are all among the biggest fallers in the customer experience charts this year. According to the annual CXi study of perceptions towards major brands in Ireland.  The credit unions remain at the top when it comes to customer service - followed by the likes of Dunnes, McCabes pharmacies and An Post.  Needless to say Ticketmaster didn't finish so well in the study.  

Gerard O’Neill from Amárach research which carried out the study joined Joe on the show this morning.
