Cristiano Ronaldo has been busy working out at home during the Covid-19 lockdown, and it's fair to say his kids are helping out where they can.

The Juventus and Portugal star has posted a video on his Instagram channel showing a gym session at his home very much interrupted by two of his children.

The 35-year-old deals with the interruption by picking them up one-by-one, and using them as weights (as you do):

Clearly the former Manchester United and Real Madrid man isn't at all affected by the old adage 'there are no more weights' - and what better way to keep the kids busy during quarantine?

Ronaldo has also given financially towards the fight against the coronavirus - his international teammate Bernardo Silva revealing it was the Juve man's idea for the entire Portugal squad to donate half of their EURO 2020 qualification bonus.

Ronaldo isn't the only footballer keeping busy during the lockdown - PSG and Brazil man Neymar has been kicking about with his dogs in the back garden.

The only question is whether you'll be more jealous of his dogs, or his massive garden.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has stuck to the old reliable - homemade accuracy videos. The Liverpool and England man took a shot from distance in his back garden - but there is an argument that congratulating a footballer for accuracy is like congratulating the pilot for landing the plane.

It's not only outfield players that have been getting in on the action - Liverpool shot-stopper Alisson Becker has been filmed throwing a ball into his attic, via the window, from his garden.

Granted, we don't know how many takes each of these videos took, but we're inclined to give professional footballers the benefit of the doubt and assume they can pull off these videos a lot quicker than the rest of us.
