The bus crashed on a bog road just outside Clara in Co. Offaly on April 4th 2006 when the back axle came away and the bus flipped over.
A sentencing date has yet to be set.
The trial continues in relation to O'Reilly Commercials Limited of Ballinalack, Mullingar in Co. Westmeath.
They are facing 4 charges relating to failing to note or verify defects when they tested the bus in August 2005.
