The HSE has issued an urgent warning that "high strength" drugs have been identified at Electric Picnic.
The drug testing team at the festival said the tablet, known as the Mybrand purple skull, contains around two times the average adult dose of MDMA.
A special lab has been set up on the campsite in Stradbally, County Laois, for the first drug monitoring programme that can test drugs in real time and analyse their contents quickly in a festival setting.

The testing facility aims to reduce the harm drugs can cause by identifying more dangerous substances.
Testers get drugs to test through "surrender bins" and on-site medics.
MDMA, or Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, is a potent central nervous system stimulant primarily used for recreational purposes.
The desired effects include altered sensations, increased energy, empathy, and pleasure.
