Minister for Health Simon Harris talks with Ciara Kelly about the benefits of #100DysOfWalking.
Thousands of people are taking to Twitter to pledge to walk for 30 minutes per day, for 100 days, initiated by Lunchtime Live's Ciara Kelly.
Join Ciara and get walking. Don't panic if you missed the start, it will still be worth your while. Start 2019 with a positive purpose and who knows what other changes you'll make between now and April 10th.
Ciara Kelly heads to Cork
Ciara Kelly and the Lunchtime Live team are heading to Cork on the 19th of February to celebrate day 50 of the #100daysofwalking campaign, they will be walking to mark making it to halfway and want as many people as possible to join them!
Venue/Route: The Lough, Cork City
Meeting point: Hawthorn Bar by the Lough. All are welcome it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities

Ciara will also be broadcasting Lunchtime Live from Newstalk’s new Cork studio in Republic of Work on Wednesday, February 20th when you can hear plenty about the walk and the participants.
