Wednesday's weather: Morning drizzle will clear to give a mainly dry day

Today will be mainly dry, apart from a little drizzle in a few places at first. Some sunny spells expected with the best of the these in the west. Cloud will gradually increase from the east later today and wind will be light to moderate in a northeast direction. It will be warmest in Connacht and west Munster, and coolest on east and north coasts. Temperatures will range from 13 to 17 degrees.


Tonight will start off mainly dry. Rain and drizzle will develop in the east towards midnight and will spread westwards across much of the country overnight. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees.
