The sequel to the hit horror is due in cinemas this Summer
Released in 2013, the original The Conjuring movie cost $20 million to produce, and ended up making back $318 at the box office, so a sequel was inevitable.
The director was busy making over a billion dollars with Furious 7, but he's returned to the horror franchise, as have Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga as the ghost-chasing couple.
This time they travel to the UK, having been asked to help out with what would later become known as the infamous Enfield Poltergeist incident.
Irish stars Simon Delaney and Maria Doyle Kennedy join the cast, as do Franka Potente (Run Lola Run), Frances O'Connor (The Missing) and Simon McBurney (The Borgais).
The Conjuring 2 will spirit itself into Irish cinemas on June 17th.
