Two people have died after a large fire broke out at the French ski resort of Courchevel.
Local authorities said 22 others were injured – four seriously – following the blaze which broke out at a building housing seasonal workers.
Three buildings in total were affected by the fire, which broke out just before dawn this morning.
The cause of the fire and the identity of the victims are not yet known.

Some seventy fire fighters battled to bring the blaze under control – with footage showing crews attempting to rescue people from the three story building using ladders.
Three of the seriously injured were airlifted to hospital.
France’s Interior Minister said his thoughts are with families and relatives of the victims and paid tribute to fire fighters for cringing it under control.
