Just Eat has continued its Irish expansion by partnering with five new restaurants in Bray, County Wicklow - bring its total number of partners in the seaside town to 41.

Among the new signings are some of its most popular restaurants:

  • Platform Pizza
  • Box Burger (Open Wed-Sun)
  • Martello Gastro Pub
  • Ocean Bar and Grill
  • Fish Bar (Open Thurs-Sun)

Sister pizza and burger restaurants Platform Pizza and Box Burger are likely to be particularly popular with locals - they're both packed most weekends.

Amanda Roche Kelly, Managing Director of Just Eat Ireland commented on the announcement:

"We're delighted to welcome the addition of 5 new restaurants in the Bray area to Just Eat, including favourites Box Burger and Platform Pizza.This is a vibrant and growing food community and we're confident these new additions will prove hugely popular among our customers.

Food delivery app Just Eat saw its global revenue swell by 52% to £375.7m (€433m) last year.

The London-based international firm has reported profit before tax of £91.3m (€105m) that's 164% higher than 2015.

Its Irish operation underwent a rebrand in 2016 and it now has more than 1,900 partner restaurants around the country.

It's recently also added high street favourites Milano’s, Eddie Rockets, Real Gourmet Burger and Supermacs to its Irish roster.

It plans to add more partners throughout the rest of the year.
