Early mist and fog patches will clear this morning to give a bright and mostly dry day. Some good spells of sunshine expected, but there will be occasional cloudy periods and the odd scattered light shower. Temperatures will be mild in the sunshine at 17-19 degrees, however it may be cooler on east facing coasts due to moderate onshore breezes.

Mostly dry tonight with clear spells at first. Cloud will increase in the Eastern half of the country later tonight, with lowest temperatures 5 to 8 degrees.
