Today will be a blustery day with widespread showers and some sunny spells.
Some of the showers will be heavy with the risk of an isolated thundery downpour.
In the west and north, showers may merge into longer spells of rain in the afternoon or evening.
Top temperatures will reach 15 to 19 degrees in fresh southwesterly winds - which will increase to strong and gusty by mid-day.
Tonight will continue to be breezy with scattered showers.
