The man who tried to assassinate U.S. President Ronald Reagan 35 years ago, has been released from a psychiatric hospital in Washington.
John Hinkley Junior was locked up after the 1981 attack, which had been prompted by an obsession with actress Jodie Foster.
Back in July, a judge ruled the 61 year-old was not a danger to himself or the public and could live full-time at his mother's home.
