Cold and frosty this morning over most parts of the country. Cloud will increase through the day with outbreaks of rain, drizzle, sleet and snow developing over western counties this afternoon /evening, but remaining dry on the eastern side of the country. Highest temperatures of 4 to 6 degrees in light northerly breezes.


Frost again in the east of the country overnight with lowest temperatures of 0 to -2 degrees. Elsewhere it will be cloudy with some rain,drizzle, sleet and snow at times and temperatures between 0 an 3 degrees.
