Revenue officers seized 215kgs herbal cannabis in Rosslare port this evening.

The smuggled drugs had been concealed in a shipment of frozen meat in an unaccompanied container that arrived from France.

Following routine checks, the container was selected for scanning and the drugs were uncovered. Investigations are ongoing.
