Gardai are renewing their appeal for information after a pedestrian in his 20s died following a collision in County Meath last week.
It happened on the Rathmolyon to Summerhill Road on Thursday February 16th.
The man - who was found just before 9pm at the side of the road after being struck by a vehicle - was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle failed to remain at the scene.
A technical examination of the scene was carried out.
Gardai say it has been established that the car involved is as a dark green Ford Mondeo saloon - manufactured between 2001 and 2007.
