Phil Collins will play the Aviva Stadium in June next year as part of his comeback tour.

It will be his first Irish concert in 12 years performing, where he'll be perfomring all of his greatest hits live.

Collins has already sold out five shows in the Royal Albert Hall in London, as well as a 65,000 capacity show at Hyde Park.

Earlier this year, he performed at the opening of the US Open tennis in New York in August - the performance he credits with inspiring him to return to the live circuit.

"I thought I would retire quietly," Phil Collins said of his return, "But thanks to the fans, my family and support from some extraordinary artists I have rediscovered my passion for music and performing. It's time to do it all again and I'm excited.  It just feels right."

Tickets from €89.50 incl. booking fee go on sale this Tuesday, December 20th at 9am from Ticketmaster.ie
