A man is in a serious condition in hospital after being shot in Dublin.
The man, aged in his late teens, was found with apparent gunshot injuries to the head at 11.00pm on Friday night.
He was discovered in the front garden of a house at Shancastle Park in Clondalkin.
He has been taken to Connolly Hospital, where gatdaí say he remains in a serious condition.
The scene is sealed off and an investigation is under way.

In a separate and unrelated incident, another man in his late teens received a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
This followed an incident where shots were fired into a house at Barnwell Drive in the Ballymun area at 2.25am on Saturday.
That man has been taken to the Mater Hospital.
