The 11 members of the Oireachtas group must complete the document today - to allow legal advisors to asses it tomorrow.

The report is due to be sent to interested parties by Tuesday to allow them enough time to respond to the findings.

However it is feared at least two members of the committee will refuse to sign off on it today.

The stabbing of three people at a London tube station by a man wielding a large knife is being treated as a "terrorist incident", police have said.

One man was stabbed in the neck, leaving him seriously injured. He is believed to be aged in his 50s and his condition is reported to be not life-threatening.

Two other people suffered minor injuries.
