Any fog will clear quickly this morning. Otherwise it'll be cloudy today with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, turning persistent at times, and with continuous low-cloud and mist in many hill and coastal areas. Becoming windy also with blustery south to southeast winds.
Highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees but feeling cool in the wind.
More general rain will spread eastwards overnight with lowest temperatures of 6 or 7 degrees.
A clearance will extend into western counties later in the night.
