A man wanted in the Republic over drugs supply offences has been arrested in Northern Ireland.

The 26-year-old was detained on foot of a European arrest warrant at Belfast International Airport during the early hours of the morning.

He is due to appear before Belfast Recorder’s Court at Laganside later today.
