Dublin City Council is likely to grant planning permission for his €200m office block development in Ballsbridge, south-Dublin.
The council only raised traffic and servicing issues concerning his two office development which will be six storeys high and have three levels of basement.
Project Pegasus will be 52,247 sq m - that's over five times the gross floor area of the existing four office blocks which will be demolished.
Mr Ronan acquired the site opposite Dublin's RDS for €67.5m last year - it was sold by a receiver on behalf of NAMA.
When it is complete the project will have the capacity to house 2,200 workers.
A number of parties, including AIB and An Taisce have lodged objections against the plans.
AIB has retained consultants RPS to raise "serious concerns" about the proposals.
