A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Patricia O'Connor in Dublin.
The 61-year-old’s remains were found scattered in the Wicklow Mountains in June, after she had been reported missing earlier that month.
A torso was originally found in Enniskerry, with a number of body parts found later in different locations.
Earlier this month, three people were arrested in connection with the investigation.
A 73-year-old man was arrested in County Meath while two women – aged 19 and 38 – were arrested in Dublin.
This morning, a 40-year-old man was arrested in the Dublin area. He is currently detained at Bray Garda Station.
One man has already been charged in relation to the case, and is currently before the courts.
