Gardaí in Co Kerry have issued a fresh appeal for information on the 5th anniversary of the murder of James Cahillane.
On April 18th 2012, Mr Cahillane got a taxi home after spending several hours in pub in Killorglin.
He lived in a rural area at Ardraw, Beaufort, around 5km from Killorglin.
Shortly after 2am on April 19th, neighbours noticed a fire at Mr Cahillane's house.
Fire services attended the scene and Mr Cahillane's body was discovered.
Following a post-mortem examination, a murder investigation was launched.
Gardaí say they have received great assistance from the public, but the crime remains unsolved.
