Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run in Dublin last month.
A man in his 20s was struck by a small grey-coloured car at Mount Olive Park in Kilbarrack on the 26th of September shortly before 11am.
The pedestrian was taken to Beaumont Hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the car failed to remain at the scene.
Gardaí say they believe that a member of the public - possibly driving behind the offending vehicle at the time of the collision - may have stopped and helped the injured man.
Gardai are asking anyone with information to come forward.
They can contact Raheny Garda Station on 01-666-4300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111, or any Garda station.
