Neither Donald Trump nor Hillary Clinton, the presumptive candidates who will go head to head in November’s US presidential election, have managed to work up much love among American voters, with both potential leaders having the lowest favourability ratings in recent history. But in a Chinese factory, they’re putting a smile on many faces – at least 500,000 of their own.

According to a Reuters report, the Jinhua Partytime Latex Art & Crafts Factory, which specialises in producing Halloween and novelty masks, the two candidates have become overnight success stories, with demand for Trump skyrocketing so quickly, the company has started stockpiling for future orders.

“Even though the sales are more or less the same,” factory manager Jacky Chen said when talking about the novelty items, “I think in 2016 [the Trump] mask will completely sell out.”

What message that spells for who’ll take the Oval Office come January remains unclear, but at the very least, if you’re looking for a more unique Halloween costume, you might want to go with a third candidate. Check out the bizarre images from the Chinese mask factory below:
