Developer Michael O'Flynn has said he is 'happy' that the Banking Inquiry has made a number of minor changes to its final report.
The changes were recommended by the inquiry's own legal team, after requests from Mr O'Flynn and developer Johnny Ronan that certain parts be removed.
One inquiry source said the changes were not exactly what the developers had sought, but that the amendments were made with their concerns in mind.
In a statement from Michael O'Flynn, the developer says he "had issues with a limited number of important points in the draft report that were legally and factually incorrect, and it was important that these issues were dealt with in a way that fully complied with the Act.
The statement adds that Mr O'Flynn "is very happy that the committee gave due consideration to his concerns and that these issues have been resolved".
The inquiry has said that its final report is still on track to be issued by January 27th.
