26 people are reported to have been injured when a plane hit turbulence over China.
The China Eastern flight was travelling from Paris to Kunming in southwest China, the South China Morning Post reports.
One witness told the Xinhua news agency: "We felt strong turbulence twice and minor turbulence three times.
"The process lasted about 10 minutes."
The agency reports that passengers suffered injuries such as bone fractures and soft tissue injuries after being thrown from their seats or being hit by falling luggage.
The plane ultimately landed safely at Kunming Changshui International Airport.
A number of people were taken to hospital from treatment.
The incident comes only a week after a China Eastern flight was forced to return to Sydney after the crew spotted a hole in one of the plane's engine casings. An investigation has been launched into that incident.
