Cocktails on the Tom Dunne Show: Nutri Bullet Margarita

A fine, frozen, May Margarita to finish the month...

Tonight, Oisin joins Tom in studio with the final cocktail of #MargaritaMay. It's the one we've been waiting all month for, the Frozen Margarita, and thanks to all those blendy health-enthusiast Christmas presents that have been gathering dust, we can finally put the Nutri-Bullet to use and make one for ourselves at home.

Oisin Says: 

All good things must come to an end, even our monthly extravaganza of Mexican themed cocktails - #MargaritaMay 
I figured we'd go old school and rock out - frozen style! And what's great about frozen cocktails is that people now have an even easier way to make them. A device that is better known for making super healthy smoothies is actually ideally crafted to make wicked margaritas. If you own one, you literally have no excuse. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 ml Silver Patron
  • 15 ml Cointreau 
  • 10 ml lime juice 
  • Ice

METHOD: 

Fill a coupe or martini glass with some ice and chuck it into a Nutri Bullet along with all the other ingredients. Put the lid on and blitz it for 2 - 3 seconds and pour to back into the glass.
