  • A lethal landslide in Sri Lanka has claimed over one hundred lives so far. Dil will be joined by Manu Tissera from Plan International in Sri Lanka. Plan have been working in Sri Lanka since 1981 on the invitation of the national government.  www.plan-international.org/sri-lanka  and www.plan.ie
  • Ireland is facing a homelessness crisis, we ask those on the frontline what is needed to bring about lasting change. 
  • Africa Day 2016 will take place in the grounds of Farmleigh Estate in Dublin's Phoenix Park tomorrow, Sunday the 29th of May from 11am to 6pm. Supported by Irish Aid, the event will see free public performances by well-known African and Irish musicians, children's entertainment; traditional African drumming and dance workshops and much more. Africa Day Champion Salome Mbugua will be on tonight's programme.
  • Dil will be joined by the Ulster Bank, Young Social Innovators of the Year, Silver Award winners, with their project Mother Nature Knows Breast. The winners, Aisling O’Leary , Stefanie Braun, Nicole Clarke and Vanessa O’Neill, are from  Mount Mercy College in Co. Cork.
