On Global Village this weekend

Coming up on the show this Saturday night we are joined in the studio by Moira Lawson, her brother, Alastair was murdered in Johannesburg last year. Moira joins us in studio to talk about her experience in loosing someone so tragically.  While trying to gather herself after Alastair's death she found ADVIC.  A support group for those people who have lost loved ones through homicide.  John O'Keefe who works for ADVIC joins us in studio along side Moira to tell us about the work that he and the support network do.

Also in studio we are joined by Gillian Brien, Youth Services Manager at Belong To and Seamus Byrne, a young person at BeLonG To.  The LGBT support group BeLonG To is experiencing an unprecedented demand for its vital support and advocacy services.  We want to tell you , the listeners, how you can support this hugely important service.

Finally why are women not represented equally in Irish politics?  Niamh Gallagher Co-Founder & Board member of Women for Election join us in studio to discuss just that.

Tune in from 7pm for all that and more!  Better yet jump over to twitter and join the conversation @GlobalVillageNT
