The players will convene at Carton House this evening
Following a brace of impressive displays, Leinster's Garry Ringrose and Jos van der Flier have been awarded invitations to attend a 24-hour pre-Six Nations training camp at Carton House this evening.
Ringrose's performances have stimulated a lot of discussion about the young centre with Brian O'Driscoll advising Joe Schmidt to not only draft him in but to offer Ringrose a starting position against Wales in their Six Nations opener in February.

20 year-old Ringrose illuminated the stage against Munster recently which prompted many to believe that his international career may begin sooner rather than later.
Van der Flier presents an option for Schmidt at openside, having emerged as a star for Leinster this year.
In addition, Ulster's Stuart McCloskey has also been asked to travel to the Kildare venue as one of the 48 players who will also be in attendance. He has been regarded as a crucial cog in Ulster's game.
The IRFU will reveal the extended squad for the Six Nations in the coming weeks as well as unveil the identity of Les Kiss's replacement.
