The gender quota rows are over and 163 women are running for election. They represent 30% of the candidates in most constituencies and there’s only one -Limerick County – where there are no female candidates. But, faced with this unprecedented opportunity to elect the biggest female Dail in history, will Mna na hEireann vote for the sisters? But do women vote for women? And should women vote for women?
