'We need to make sure the Trump administration hears our voices'

Fanya O'Donoghue of 'Women's March on Washington' joined George on High Noon today

This Friday, January 20th, will see Donald Trump sworn in as the 45th President of the United States of America.

Last week, Michael Graham told us about demonstrations that are being planned in order to try and 'delay proceedings' on the day.

Today, George spoke with Fanya O'Donoghue in Galway, who is one of the organisers of the global 'Women's March on Washington', who believe the US Constitution compels people to make their voices heard, even when it means that the voices are against the President.

Fanya herself is an American living in Galway, and has no qualms about the over 300 protests that will be taking place around the world on Friday.

George believes that there was 'a fair election, one guy won', and now can't believe that those opposed to Trump aren't just 'sucking it up'.
