George was joined on High Noon by sleep consultant Lucy Wolfe to discuss how you can address the issues of sleep disruption, insomnia, jetlag, and much more.

There is a rising number of people with sleep related problems. In any 1 month google will see;  1.3 million searches for “Can’t sleep”,  3 million searches for “Insomnia” More than 30% of the UK currently suffer from insomnia or another sleep disorder.
