Ever had aspirations to try your hand at football coaching?

Then you're probably well aware of the coaching ladder of badges which takes you from the Kickstart courses provided by the FAI all the way to the elite UEFA Pro Licence.

But there are many steps in between.

Jamie Moore of 98FM's 'Now, That's What I Call Sport' dropped into this week's Newstalk's Team 33 to talk about his route to already getting a UEFA A Licence - the final step before the Pro Licence which is a requirement to manage at Premier League level for example - by the age of just 26.

He breaks down the differences between the different coaching levels, how it applies to real life football and the current situation at grassroots level in Ireland.

You can listen into the full chat on this week's podcast and Jamie also joined us as we ran through the options for Ireland's 23-man squad for Euro 2016. Both are also available to stream on iTunes.

We will also have a final Fantasy football segment this week with the winner of our 2015-16 Team 33 league and then next week, we're straight into Euro 2016 mode for the next couple of months with interviews to come with Ireland legends like Jason McAteer and Ray Houghton, as well as journalists from across Europe like Iain Macintosh, Eduardo Alvarez and many more.
